To be Eligible for the BSC degree, the student should
Have opted-in to the BSc degree scheme while registering for ACCA;
Have a recognized English language qualification certificate, which must be submitted and approved by ACCA, before passing FR, AA and FM;
Have successfully passed paper LW on or before June 2014 qualifies as Proof of English Proficiency.
For students studying in India a score of above 60% in English in the 12th Standard Exam is recognized as proof of English proficiency.
Have passed the three ACCA Fundamentals papers FR, AA and FM and have passed (or gained exemption from) other papers as required to successfully complete all nine Fundamentals level papers at least two months prior to the start of the submission period in which the student is seeking to submit RAP.

The research report is a 7,500 word document on any one of the 20 research topics (as per ACCA guidelines) which analyses and evaluates the accounting and business information of an organization.
It is a 2000 word statement that provides information on the understanding that the student has made for his/her role during the project. The objectives have to be achieved and the conclusion is drawn at the end of the project analysis.

The Oxford Brookes BSc degree program instructs that students must have a Project Mentor to support
and guide them as they complete the Research and Analysis Project. Such a Mentor has to be approved
by OBU; OBU conducts a screening certification and on successful completion of which the Mentors are
registered.
The students can subscribe themselves with FINPLAN for the OBU certification and also
Mentorship.
At Finplan; students can find certified mentors to support their research and analysis report and
provide guidance and feedback to students about their research activities. They will also be asked
by Oxford Brookes University to confirm that they have been the Project Mentor and that the Research
and
Analysis Project is the students own work.
Oxford Brookes University requires that the student has at least three meetings with the Project
Mentor. At FINPLAN; the Project Mentor meetings not only focuses on the planning and research needed
to prepare a good Research and Analysis Project, but also on the opportunity for the student to
develop skills in listening, questioning and presenting the findings.
Internship Program assists the students to convert their knowledge into experience thereby enhancing their skills before they join full-time at workplace. Internships may be paid / non – paid. Students are sent for internships every year.
Presentation skills, English Communication, Image Management, Resume building, Interview Techniques and similar agendas are the part of Corporate Workshops delivered by Industry experienced professionals to enhance students overall personality.
These sessions are conducted to achieve balance and eliminate stress and bring positive transformation in our thought-process. The mind-valley sessions help retains the required concentration driving conscious realization.
Industry visits help increase student exposure by enabling them to understand how the organization works, insights on technology, innovation, strategy, infrastructure and other elements thereby giving them more clarity in their career vision.
These are the interesting sessions where students understand the new updates of the financial economy, tax laws and government’s financial reforms which help increase student’s knowledge on the Financial Affairs of the country.
Business Analytics includes the delivery on importance on use of technology to form analysis from the database which helps companies derive various strategies, statistics and tools for growth and future developments. This includes Information Technology sessions taken by highly experienced trainers in the Certified Financial Labs of the institution.
Data Analytics is the science of analyzing data to convert information to useful knowledge. This knowledge could help us understand business better, and further assist in decision making faster and more accurate. The use of Data Analytics in businesses has tremendously increasing giving us more encouragement to use system and tools which can ensure organizational growth to the next level.
The Financial Literacy module covers an in-depth understanding on Derivative market, Capital market and Forex market. The learning of these financial instruments helps students to deliver their expertise in Investment management, financial advisory and consulting services for clients and business at workplace.
